Note From Cynthia

I am excited to announce my candidacy for Judge of the new 504th District Court of Ellis County. The new 504th District Court will primarily handle criminal cases. I served the state of Texas as a prosecutor for 25 years, and as the First Assistant in the Ellis County and District Attorney’s Office, I successfully prosecuted many of the most violent criminals in our county.   I have, and always will, fight for justice for the victims of crime. I am a board-certified criminal attorney with over 200 jury trials and 1000’s of cases handled in the courtroom.  I have the experience, expertise, integrity, and temperament to be a tough, fair, and effective judge. I will work hard during this campaign to earn your support, and Iook forward to meeting you personally!
